Just outside of Salisbury, five minutes from the highways and thirty minutes from OC, Loblolly Landing is at the end of a closed road and surrounded by five acres of mixed pines. This rustic woodland hideaway is a perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Relax in a vintage Airstream stocked with the works, chill out in a custom tiny Teardrop, or safely overnight in a private spot with your own camper.
Leave the world behind. Listen to songbirds sing and watch squirrels scurry. Explore the woods. Stroll our gently maintained trail traversing forest and farmland. Keep an eye out for deer, foxes, bunnies and more. See brilliant country sunsets from the end of the lane or fields, watch some of the coolest military aircraft fly directly overhead during weekly PAX River maneuvering sessions, or do nothing at all.
If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter or corporate experience this isn’t it. Loblolly Landing is not a campground. The Airstream & Teardrop are not bare bones models purchased for the purpose of renting. The woodlands are our home and these are our campers. Both living here and going camping brings us so much happiness. Recently we thought it might be nice to try and share that, so here we are.

Relax in a vintage Airstream with the works. We’ll even provide full provisioning. Listen to songbirds. Watch deer, foxes and bunnies. Grill dinner in the wild. Lounge around on a patio sofa. Explore our gently maintained woodland trails and farm path and don't miss the brilliant sunrises and sunsets.
overnightin’ SBY
The Small Spot is simply rustic parking in the woods. It's appropriate for travelers passing through or those in town who will be out and about during the day needing a place for evening rest. Your RV, trailer or campervan must be under 22’ and completely self-contained as there are no hookups.
Teardrop LUX to-go
Coming Soon! Want to hit the road and take the Teardrop LUX on your own vacation? Stand by… Offroad & offgrid ready, this tiny beast will go just about anywhere you want. Coming mid-late summer 2024. Pick-up or delivery to local campground options. Contact for further details or potential bookings.
The Eastern Shore Is Your Oyster.
You’ll feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, but so much good stuff is right here. The coast is an easy thirty minute drive. See wild ponies up close at Assateague Island. Stroll the boardwalk in Ocean City, ride the ferris wheel and chow down on Thrashers fries (say yes to vinegar). Keep cruising and party on at Dewey. Drive a little more and wander around quaint Bethany or shop 'til you drop at the Rehoboth outlets. There's much more to the beaches than just beach.
There are also plenty of closer things to get into. Pick a local brewery, any brewery! Test your palate at a local winery or find legit farm to table produce at our farmstands - the kind where there isn't a label saying it's so because it literally just came from the earth. Play a round of golf at one of the local courses. Take a ferry ride to Smith Island for a piece of to-die-for cake or have the best seafood of your life in Crisfield, seriously nothing compares to a Chesapeake Bay Crabcake. You'll never be the same.
